Warranty
Universal Fitness, Inc. makes no warranties express or implied
and disclaims any implied warranty of
merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for
particular purpose. The buyer is aware of and
understands any warranty obligations are to be maintained
between the buyer and manufacturer. Universal
Fitness, Inc. is excluded from any claims, disputes, or
damages and such shall be the responsibility of
the manufacturer and governed by the manufacturer's warranty
requirements and specifications.
Universal Fitness, Inc. offers service for warranty and
non-warranty items; however it reserves the right
to refuse service with or without reason and explanation to
the customer.
Limited Liability
Universal Fitness, Inc. is not liable for misuse of equipment
by either Buyer or other users of the
equipment. Any claims, disputes, or damages (direct or
indirect) resulting out of the Buyer's misuse or
other users' misuse of the equipment shall be the
responsibility of the Buyer and manufacturer.
Returns
There is a 3 day period for which the buyer can return the
equipment for a full refund. If the equipment
has been delivered and installed charges incurred are
non-refundable and are the sale responsibility of
the customer.
Special orders, which include all non-inventoried items, are
to be paid in full at the time of ordering
and are non-refundable. All sale items sold at a discount
are final and non-refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
Pricing
Pricing is valid 30 days from the purchase date, or written
or oral quotation. Buyer accepts and agrees
to pricing, specifications, and Universal Fitness, Inc. term
and conditions of sale. Pricing,
specifications, product availability, and terms of sale are
subject to change with or Without notice.
Volume discounts offered are based on product quantities
indicated on written estimate and are subject
to change outside of the 30 day price guarantee.
Pricing on sale items are honored only during the sale
period advertised and will not be honored
subsequent to the stated period.
CPU-Customer Pick-Ups
Universal Fitness, Inc. is not liable for any consequential
damages (direct or indirect) arising out of
the Buyer' s mishandling of the equipment during transit
from Universal Fitness Equipment or during the
installation at the Buyer's location by the customer or any
other persons.
General
Universal Fitness, Inc. reserves its exclusive right in its
sole discretion to alter, limit, or update its
website at any time with or without notice, Including but
not limited to company policies, and terms and
conditions herein.
All materials contained in this website are the property of
Universal Fitness, Inc. and misuse of or
copying of logos, text, images, copy, and HTML code are
prohibited. |
